Cancellation and No-show
If the booking that you want to cancel subject to our cancellation policy, please write to us on delailagroup@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on +91 9419014327 between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm (Mon to Sat). No verbal communication is accepted for Cancellations.
Cancellation Policy of the houseboat
GROUP / FIT bookings that cancel
Cancellation Policy/ no show / Early Departure: -

Up to 30 days (Before the Date of Arrival Excluding departure date): 25% of the cost.

Up to 15-20 days (Before the Date of Arrival Excluding departure date): 50% of the cost

Up to 15 days (excluding departure date): 75% of the cost

Less than 15 days (excluding departure date): 100% of the cost for the entire period of stay will be levied

In case the booking is not guaranteed within the stipulated period, accommodation held will be released and after that will be on a subject-to-availability basis

Disputes if any will be settled in the court of laws of Jammu and Kashmir Srinagar
No-show / Short Stays:
• No Show will attract 100% retention charges for all nights of stay
• A short stay will attract 100% retention charges for all nights of stay
Payment terms :
• Prepayment (100% Required at the time of booking)
Check-in/ Check-out Policy:
• Check-in: 1400 HRS and Check-out is 1200 HRS
• Early check-in/late checkout is subject to availability on charge as per hotel policy
Refund Policy of the hotel
Refund Eligibility: We will process a refund within 72 hrs post your cancellation request if you are eligible for a refund as per our cancellation policy only.
