GROUP / FIT bookings that cancel

Cancellation Policy/ no show / Early Departure: - 

• Up to 30 days (Before the Date of Arrival Excluding departure date): 25% of the cost.

• Up to 15-20 days (Before the Date of Arrival Excluding departure date): 50% of the cost

• Up to 15 days (excluding departure date): 75% of the cost

• Less than 15 days (excluding departure date): 100% of the cost for the entire period of stay will be levied

• In case the booking is not guaranteed within the stipulated period, accommodation held will be released and after that will be on a subject-to-availability basis

• Disputes if any will be settled in the court of laws of Jammu and Kashmir Srinagar​

No-show / Short Stays:

• No Show will attract 100% retention charges for all nights of stay

• A short stay will attract 100% retention charges for all nights of stay

Payment terms :

• Prepayment (100% Required at the time of booking)

Check-in/ Check-out Policy:

• Check-in: 1400 HRS and Check-out is 1200 HRS

• Early check-in/late checkout is subject to availability on charge as per hotel policy

Refund Policy of the hotel 

Refund Eligibility: We will process a refund within 72 hrs post your cancellation request if you are eligible for a refund as per our cancellation policy only. ​
